Introduction

Thailand is one of the best countries in the world that offers affordable yet exceptional medical services.

One of the best examples I would like to highlight is their praiseworthy action in response to COVID-19. After the first detection of the case, they offered quick and comprehensive measures that led to controlled cases and low death counts.

The Director General of the World Health Organization even recognized them by saying, “Thailand’s response to COVID-19 offers a powerful example of how investment in public health and all of society engagement can control outbreaks of deadly diseases, protect people’s health, and allow economies to continue functioning.”

Aside from that, according to  JCI’s official website, there are a total of 65 JCI-accredited hospitals in Thailand; one of which I mentioned above is Samitivej Hospital.

JCI stands for Joint Commission International, a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the safety and quality of care in the international community. The organization works in more than 70+ countries with hospitals, clinics, academic medical centers, health systems, agencies, and more to encourage challenging standards of care and to offer solutions for completing excellent performance.

Samitivej Hospitals received two JCI accreditations for the Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital and Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. When choosing your preferred hospital, aside from your needed treatment, it’s also important to check for its accreditation and certificates.

Moving forward, to help you further, I will provide the services and treatments Samitivej hospitals offer and where you can specifically have the service that you need:
